invaluable to us and we hope you have fun!
How to Access the Game:
After downloading, locate the .7z file and extract its contents. Windows 11 is able to extract .7z
files natively, but if you're on Windows 10 you will need a free tool like 7-Zip.
📂 Put this folder in a place it won't get deleted like Desktop or My Games. Inside, you'll find the
game executable (Magehand Wizard.exe). Double-click that to start the installation. Make sure you leave the .exe file inside the folder (and don't remove any of the other files) for it to
work! From then on, you can always start the game from that same Magehand Wizard.exe, and it will update your game to the latest version automatically before it launches!
⚠️Important: Windows may display a security warning when
you try to open the executable, as we haven't obtained certification yet since we are a tiny team
working on this, sorry for that!
If prompted, you can press More Info and then Run
anyway. If that doesnt work, try this:
- Right-click on the .exe file.
- Select "Properties" from the context menu.
- At the bottom of the General tab, check the "Unblock" box if available.
- Click "Apply" and then "OK".
- Now try opening the game again.
If you still encounter issues, you may need to temporarily disable Windows SmartScreen or right click the
.exe and Run as administrator.
